About the Role:
- Provide administrative and financial services to support the activities of the team within the unit.
- Undertake a variety of data entry, financial support, and records management support functions for the unit.
The International Support Officer reports to the relevant Manager within DE International. For more information about EQI, visit www.eqi.com.au
Responsibilities Include:
- Access and operate administrative, and technical databases, process invoices and prepare associated reports.
- Administer the flow of internal and outgoing communication including enquiries/ requests from international agents/ parents/ students via the generic inbox.
- Support preparations for events (face-to-face or virtual), projects or activities, such as agendas, catering, minutes, and logistic arrangements.
- Provide administrative support on executing promotional events/ campaigns via virtual and/or social media platforms.
- Undertake work activities in a cooperative and supportive manner and as an active member of a diverse work team.
About You:
It would be highly desirable to have the following skills and experience:
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Power BI, Pivot Table, Vision 6, Canva and/or data reporting systems is desirable but not essential.
