About Us:
The Engagement team is focused on supporting young people to engage in education, training and employment, including those in contact or at risk of contact with the youth justice system.
The ideal candidate will confidently manage competing priorities, communicate clearly and succinctly, work autonomously and have experience in supporting a range of project and administrative tasks including financial and human resource monitoring.
The successful candidate will join an upbeat and dynamic team reporting to the Manager, Engagement, Student Support Branch.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing an electronic mailbox and maintaining clear records and workflows
- Reviewing, interpreting, assigning, circulating and tracking incoming requests in timely and considered manner
- Consolidating, editing, and quality assuring correspondence, briefing notes, and requests in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines
- Providing clear advice and feedback to branch officers on emerging trends, project progress or other agreed indicators to assist in monitoring and decision making
- Performing a variety of administrative and project support services as directed.
