About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to to provide administration support and coordinate the provision of administration support services within these clinical Service Line. The position supervises administration staff within the Service Stream
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Develop, implement and maintain innovative continuous quality improvement strategies in line with policy and health agreements including collating responses and interpreting data, reports and KPIs.
- Embed and maintain processes for ESM related data quality issues including but not limited to unactioned appointments, uncategorised referrals and long waits.
- Collaborate closely with clinical leads (Nurse Unit Managers and Team Leaders) of clinical teams to ensure processes meet the needs of the broader multidisciplinary team.
- Support and facilitate the development of administrative staff within the team both through effective rostering and managing the annual Professional Development Plan (PDP's) for staff under supervision to promote their career and personal development and address performance efficiencies.
