About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide advice, assistance, direction and support to the Senior Director of Operations, Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS), Community and Oral Health (COH) with regard to human resource (HR) establishment management and improvement of business processes and systems at a service-wide level.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Act as a point of contact for the Senior Director of Operations, MNOHS regarding HR and recruitment processes, conducting research and providing advice on matters that impact upon operations and patient service delivery, in consultation with Metro North Health (MNH): HR; Medical Workforce Unit and Credentialing teams; Payroll Services; Finance; and the Workforce and Establishment work unit.
- Operate with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position whilst maintaining open channels of communication between all staff.
- Generate and analyse reports regarding HR, recruitment, myHR, payroll and staffing issues for the Senior Director of Operations, MNOHS, identifying key issues and resolutions that contribute toward the improvement of HR and business processes and systems in place within MNOHS.
- Research and develop role descriptions, and evaluation and approval documentation, in accordance with Queensland Health and MNH HR and responsible workforce management (RWM) policies and processes, on behalf of the Senior Director of Operations, MNOHS.
