About the role
Permanent and fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide professional and operational management of non-clinical support services (administration and supply).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide high quality administration support to frontline clinical/business support staff.
- Be willing and prepared to move to different Community and Oral Health work areas as directed by the Administration Coordinator.
- Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support including the production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management as required, including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation required by the Nurse Unit Manager / Line Manager.
- Demonstrate high work ethics, the ability to work autonomously with a high level of pride in their work and participate as a positive member within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective time management with the ability to balance priorities and work on multiple tasks, completing work in an effective and efficient manner and communicating early if there are circumstances that will prevent from meeting deadlines.
