About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to coordinate, manage and facilitate high quality focussed recruitment, selection, and appointment processes for all disciplines, within Community and Oral Health, in the Candidate Care Unit. Establish effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through the provision of high-quality service and timely advice on a range of human resource management.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide quality support, advice, information and guidance to Community and Oral Health staff in relation to Metro North Recruitment processes and appointments.
- Ensure all appointments comply with applicable processes, including registration, immigration, VPD and disciplinary requirements.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to effectively plan, prioritise, and monitor workflow to meet recruitment delivery demands.
- Consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders, including Metro North Recruitment Services to provide effective coordination of selection and appointment processes.
