About the role
Working hours are from 0800-1630 Monday to Friday, with some variances in start/finish times dependant on the clinical alignment. Further extension of operating hours may occur based on client and hospital and health service need. This position may be required to participate in weekend and public holiday rosters depending on the service requirements where they are rostered to work.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver entry-level Physiotherapy clinical services in a variety of health-care environments in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, including the provision of after-hour services, shift work and weekend and public holiday services as required.
- Work cooperatively and effectively within the discipline of Physiotherapy and the multidisciplinary team and with consumers and families/carers to provide value based and collaborate care.
- Actively participate within the discipline of Physiotherapy and the multidisciplinary team's clinical environment to ensure that Physiotherapy services are integrated, efficient and equitable for the community serviced.
