About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide efficient, effective, professional and client focused administrative support and services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Team and other areas as designated by the Director.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Preparation and development of presentations, process mapping, word and excel documentation using the Microsoft Office Suite of products to support team activities.
- Perform confidential secretariat duties to coordinate and attend meetings, produce and distribute agendas and minutes as required.
- Manage workload appropriately with effective time management practices; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
