What you'll do

Reporting to the Director, Projects and Design, you will manage the contract management, and strategic partner relationship management of capability and leadership development systems and services to the Queensland Health workforce. Your primary goal will be to create engaging and effective learning experiences that empower individuals to build their leadership capability. 

About you

For success in this position, you will have experience in the development, implementation and ongoing management of technology-enabled projects that support the delivery of workforce capability and leadership development programs and initiatives within a large, complex organisation. You will be responsible for managing contracts and strategic partner relationships to support implementation, adoption, and ongoing delivery of workforce capability and leadership development products and services. Consultative, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills are highly desired along with the ability to prepare submissions, briefings, and reports. You will be a collaborative leader with a strong background in learning systems, a proven track record of successful project management, and the ability to provide advice to senior executives and achieve results.
