Utilising your advanced clinical expertise, leadership experience, and management skills, you will conduct a comprehensive review of the nursing and midwifery workforce at CQ Health. Your task is to provide recommendations that will enhance service delivery, ensuring high-quality healthcare for the future with a workforce that is efficient, effective, affordable, and sustainable.

About you:

• Mandatory qualification/s: Current registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the issues and barriers to a sustainable nursing and midwifery.
• Ability to discuss contemporary approaches to strengthening the nursing and midwifery workforce.
• Proven ability to communicate relevant, prompt and accurate information; is approachable and resourceful in working with senior colleagues and peers; uses good judgement in prioritising courses of action and is respectful to co-workers and customers.
• Able to discuss how to promote and protect organisational values.

Total remuneration value of up to $16,580 p.m. is comprised of:

• An hourly rate of $87.94 p.h.
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
