About the role:
- Consult and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external to the health system.
- Actively contribute to the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols that support Social Work services along the continuum of care.
- Provide clinical practice supervision to Allied Health Assistants, undergraduate students and less experienced practitioners to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards.
- Identify, develop, and implement evidence based clinical practices, procedures, protocols, and education materials to improve the delivery of occupational therapy services engaging in cross-discipline referencing where relevant.
- Actively engage in further education such as professional development activities or postgraduate qualifications, to enhance own skills, knowledge, and expertise to support care delivery.
About you:
Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:
- Health Science (or equivalent)
- Nutrition and Dietetics
- Exercise Physiology
- Occupational Therapy
- Pharmacy
- Physiotherapy
- Podiatry
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Speech Pathology
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $80.80 - $86.94 p.h. (including 25% casual loading)
- An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. (temp/perm)
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
