Executive Support Officer - Central Queensland Region, Rockhampton

Education Services Team is seeking a temporary full-time Executive Support Officer until 5 July 2024, unless otherwise determined. The successful applicant will be based in the Gladstone or Rockhampton Regional Office in Central Queensland and will provide executive administrative support to the nominated School Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Take minutes of meetings and distribute to attendees, coordinate room bookings and functions, and organise and provide support to conferences.
- Coordinate and organise travel and accommodation.
- Provide advice regarding office administrative procedures, provide word processing services and produce advanced desktop published documents.
- Undertake work across a broad range of regional services activities to support the region and schools which may include the administration of ordering and payment procedures.
- Use spreadsheets and databases and assist in the preparation of communication material, spreadsheets, reports, submissions, briefing material and correspondence on a range of issues.
