As a Senior Human Resources Consultant you will partner with a number of schools in the Central Queensland Region to provide a varied range of human resource matters as outlined in the Role Description. The successful applicant will also have a focus area of working with Principals and our team to support the effective implementation of performance management and grievance processes across the region. Through this work you will empower leaders to successfully identify and manage performance and conduct concerns in a proactive manner, in turn fostering a motivated workforce, aligning staff efforts with organisational goals, and ultimately leading to improved student outcomes and sustained excellence across the educational landscape. About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Undertake organisational development assignments and projects to deliver high quality human resource solutions and customer outcomes.
- Develop creative solutions to assist schools with workforce plans, structures and processes that support their core business and meet the changing needs of the department.
- Contribute to change and relational management processes as a member of the HR Business Partnering team.
- Establish effective working relationships with clients through the provision of best practice human resource management and consultancy services to meet strategic, business and operational objectives.
