About the Role
The Southern Coalfields Cluster of schools includes Tieri State School, Capella State School and Capella State High School. These schools work together to support the diverse learning needs of approximately 400 students across the region.
Our schools are seeking support from a dedicated and passionate aspiring teacher or current Head of Special Education Services to provide accurate advice to their staff including principals, middle leadership, teachers and teacher aides regarding students with disabilities.
The role will vary across each of the three schools however, includes a variety of tasks including hands-on modelling within the classroom, upskilling of leadership teams and teaching staff with various components of support administration on One School and the development of process and policy that provides clear and concise direction for providing support in the classroom.
This role will require travel to each of the three schools within the cluster on a weekly basis. The frequency will be determined upon appointment.
