Your Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide evidence-based advice and guidance to the school leadership team, classroom teacher and other stakeholders to develop, plan and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with additional needs.
  • Analyse student achievement data to inform and provide targeted intervention and case management for students requiring substantial or extensive support.
  • Establish and maintain school-wide systems to monitor student progress and oversee the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
  • Work closely with school leadership teams, teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a collaborative and inclusive approach to student success.
