About the Department:

About the Role:
The department employs approximately 100 (full time) occupational therapists working in Queensland state schools supporting students with disability to achieve the best outcomes from their education.

As the Occupational Therapist, you will:

  • Support students to access and fully participate in learning and experience success and wellbeing across all stages of learning, in an inclusive education system supported by reasonable adjustments and teaching strategies tailored to meet their needs.
  • Apply your professional skills and knowledge in contemporary occupational therapy and collaborate with education teams within schools to deliver high quality occupational

Your Opportunity:
In this role you will advance your professional knowledge and skills in evidence based, contemporary paediatric OT practices. You will support students to access and participate in learning and assist schools to deliver inclusive education.
