The successful
applicant will be based at Emerald Regional Office and will broker strong relationships with school principals, early years teachers and educators and other relevant stakeholders, with the goal of improving children's education and
wellbeing. Travel and overnight absences from base will be required.

Why this Role?
As the Partnerships Facilitator, you will develop effective partnerships and support communities to implement place-based approaches to improve outcomes for children and families based on defined early childhood data.
You will work with stakeholders and other identified partners to plan implementation of early childhood initiatives, including monitoring and evaluation to improve performance within the region.
You will develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.
