About the Role  

As the Principal, you will play a key leadership role in delivering the department's vision, with a clear focus on improving educational outcomes for all students. You will be responsible for enhancing the quality of teaching and learning within the school, ensuring that instructional practices are effective and evidence-based. Central to the role is fostering a supportive and inclusive school culture by building strong, positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and sustaining a high-performing school environment. 

Your Responsibilities 

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
