Mount Archer State School is looking for a dynamic and motivated Community Hub Coordinator to lead engaging programs, connect with local families, and collaborate with key stakeholders and networks. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.55FTE), 40 hours per fortnight.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective community networks and partnerships between key stakeholders in the local area to encourage a positive, inviting introduction to school.
  • Ensure that communities and children are involved in the design and implementation of tailored wellbeing programs.
  • Develop a communication strategy to ensure families in the community are well aware of opportunities created and are engaged with the hub activities.
  • Ensure integration of the Community Hub activities with the range of programs and services in the community.
  • Facilitate suitable consultative mechanisms and procedures to provide effective coordination and collaboration across local, state and federal government funded services that will make a difference in delivering wellbeing programs.

  • Stakeholder engagement - can build strong relationships to meet outcomes, is able to work as part of a team within the school, local and national hub leader network.
  • Administration and reporting - project management skills, recording and reporting data and qualitative information, strong organisational skills, good use of technology and IT.
