  • Demonstrated experience supporting students requiring Tier 2 and Tier 3 adjustments in learning and/or engagement
  • Knowledge and application of inclusive practices aligned to the DDA
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset
  • A data-informed approach to improving student outcomes
  • Commitment to building positive, inclusive classroom and school environments

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience as a Head of Special Education Services (HOSES)
  • Experience in diverse or inclusion-focused teaching roles
