Essential qualities:
- Demonstrated experience supporting students requiring Tier 2 and Tier 3 adjustments in learning and/or engagement
- Knowledge and application of inclusive practices aligned to the DDA
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset
- A data-informed approach to improving student outcomes
- Commitment to building positive, inclusive classroom and school environments
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience as a Head of Special Education Services (HOSES)
- Experience in diverse or inclusion-focused teaching roles
