We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Student Support Team as our Youth Support Coordinator. We are looking for someone with a passion for working with youth and with strong communication skills.

This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.7FTE), 50.75 hours per fortnight.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Referring at risk students to appropriate agencies and support services that will assist students to overcome barriers to education and 
    training
  • Provide individual support, case management and, where appropriate, group support to students to maximise their engagement with education and training
  • Identify barriers to young people achieving outcomes and referral to appropriate support services.
  • Maintain records of student contact on a daily basis.
  • Support students to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes.
