Who We Are:

Regional Operations Mackay oversees the coordination and delivery of services and projects within the Mackay region. Focused on supporting local infrastructure, community development, and operational efficiency, the team ensures that regional initiatives align with strategic goals while meeting the specific needs of the Mackay community. Their work involves collaboration across departments, effective resource management, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to drive sustainable regional growth.

Some regional travel may be required, and the successful applicant may also be assigned other region-specific responsibilities as part of a diverse and rewarding portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and maintain the provision of professional development in relation to guidance and counselling related skills.
  • Provide direct guidance services to students as determined through consultation with Principals.
  • Work with Principals and school-based guidance officers to ensure the effective provision of guidance and counselling services directly to students.
  • Coordinate and support the provision of guidance and counselling services to school in consultation with Principals.
