About the Role  

 As the Deputy Principal, you will work to improve the educational outcomes of students, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and foster positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team, focusing on student attendance, wellbeing, engagement, and achievement for students in Years 3 to 6. 

Your Responsibilities 

As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
