About the Role  

As the Principal, you will be responsible for driving the department's vision and ensuring it is effectively implemented to improve educational outcomes for students. You will focus on enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, fostering an environment where both educators and students thrive. In addition, you will build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships between students, teachers, the community, and other key stakeholders to create a supportive and dynamic school culture. 

Your Responsibilities 

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
