About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Manager to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Support the effective day-to-day operations of the school, including financial administration, human resource management, and facilities coordination.
- Work closely with the Principal to manage budgets, oversee school support staff, and maintain compliance and reporting systems.
- Coordinate recruitment, induction, and training of school support staff, while monitoring workloads and performance.
- Assist with the management of school resources, assets, and facilities, including maintenance and minor works planning.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and school documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school environment.
