About the School

About the Role

As the Business Manager, you will be an integral part of the school's leadership team, responsible for:

  • Managing corporate services, including financial, administrative, and human resource functions.
  • Collaborating closely with the Principal, leadership team, and office staff to support school operations.
  • Supervising and supporting school support staff, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.
  • Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and resource management to ensure sustainability.
  • Building strong relationships within the school and wider community to support best practices.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting the needs of the school.
