Why this Role?
As the Business Manager you will manage the delivery of a range of corporate services, support educational management activities and lead the development of systemic change by actively supporting the school management team and school community. You will oversee the delivery of administrative, financial and human resources support, including the supervision of lower level school support staff and influencing stakeholders on sensitive issues.
As the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Interpret and analyse business plans and work alongside the Principal to deliver a range of corporate services.
- Manage the timely delivery of organisational, executive and administrative support.
- Frequently identify opportunities to review and adapt processes as the school undergoes change as a result of a decrease in enrolments.
- Supervise the support staff workforce.
- Work within and encourage an environment in which quality services are delivered by demonstrating best practice, building and maintaining relationships with staff and community, inspiring change and influencing key stakeholders. about the uni/school, work environment, team cultute or team priorities.
