This is a progressional position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the lower classification with eligibility for progression to the next, once specific criteria have been met or demonstrated. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of both classification ranges.

About the Role
- Provide advice and assistance to optimise ICT operations within the school, including acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement, in line with Department of Education standards.
- Support the school community with technical advice, instruction, and assistance for electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with departmental, school, and manufacturer policies, guidelines, and network standards.
- Assist in delivering in-service training to staff on effectively using ICT tools to enhance educational outcomes for students.
- Provide efficient and effective support to staff and students, resolving issues with school computing facilities while maintaining a high level of customer service and communication.
- Maintain technical services and records related to ICT infrastructure, ensuring regular preventative maintenance and emergency repairs are conducted as needed.
