Emerald North State School is currently seeking applications for a dedicated Principal to lead and inspire the school community.

In this role, you will deliver the department’s vision while driving improvements in student outcomes, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, and fostering strong, positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and other key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities 

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
