About the Role

As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of corporate services and supporting the school's educational management activities. Reporting to the Principal, you will oversee administrative, financial, and human resources operations, while managing and mentoring school support staff. This position is set to commence in February 2026, unless otherwise determined.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including report preparation and problem-solving.
  • Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring.
  • Supporting budget preparation and financial management, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Advising on facilities and grounds maintenance, including contractor negotiations and resource sustainability.
  • Building networks and fostering best practices in corporate services within the school community.

This role would suit an organised, proactive professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for contributing to a supportive school environment.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative, financial, or human resources management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and empathy.
  • Capability to work autonomously and adapt processes in complex environments.
