The Indigenous Education portfolio sits within the role of the Humanities HOD. in this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the school's policies, practices, and curriculum reflect a commitment to cultural safety, inclusivity, and the educational success of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
