Pinnacle State School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Aide to join our supportive team.

This role involves working closely with teachers to enhance student learning, engagement, and wellbeing, particularly for students with diverse needs.

This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.16FTE), 12 hours per fortnight, Monday's only.

About the Role

As a Teacher Aide at Pinnacle State School, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This position involves assisting with classroom activities, student engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teachers in preparing and enhancing learning materials and activities.
  • Providing individual and small-group support to students, particularly those with additional needs.
  • Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and personal care as required.
  • Contributing to the wellbeing and safety of students, including administering first aid (training provided).
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to foster a respectful and inclusive school culture.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive school community.
