In this role, you will lead and manage human resources and financial processes, provide line management to cleaners, administration and facilities staff and oversee facilities operations.

About the School:
Glenmore State High School is a located in Rockhampton North and serves students from Year 7 to Year 12. We pride ourselves on providing a school curriculum that caters to the interests and individual needs of every student. Offering academic pathways where students can pursue a future that includes university study, whilst also providing a range of trade pathway courses.
About the Role:
As the Business Manager, you will have responsibility for leading the finanial and facilities operations throughout the school, human resource management of administration, facilities officers and cleaners and operational management of teacher aides.
Your responsibilities include
- Demonstrate considerable autonomy, ensuring business service outcomes are achieved; leading diverse teams;and playing a proactive role in modelling service delivery and expectations within a dynamic school environment.
- Provide support and leadership in the provision of a range of executive and administrative support services (e.g.manage multiple tasks and diverse/multidisciplinary work groups with conflicting priorities and timeframes;
- interpret departmental policies and oversee training and professional development for school support staff), andrecommend and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of those processes and workpractices.
- Lead and manage human resources for school support staff (through the identification of emerging talent,promotion of excellent performance outcomes and mentoring individuals to achieve their professional potential).
