As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a high level of executive and confidential administrative support to the Principal, Deputy Principals and Business Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of daily school activities.
- This role requires exceptional time management skills, with responsibility for coordinating complex calendars, managing travel arrangements for all school staff, and supporting key administrative processes.
- You will bring a strong financial skill set, including experience in budgeting, monitoring expenditure, and overseeing purchasing and procurement activities.
- In addition, you will provide guidance and support to Administration Staff as required, contributing to an efficient and collaborative office environment.
- In this role, you will liaise closely with members of the Executive Leadership Team, Administration Officers, and both teaching and support staff, requiring a professional, adaptable, and highly organised approach to communication and relationship management.

The Perfect Fit:
The successful applicant will receive induction and training to support their transition into the role.
- To succeed, you will demonstrate advanced computer and keyboarding skills, along with highly developed written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with databases is essential, while familiarity with systems such as OneSchool and Compass is desirable.
- Previous experience managing travel processes and working with a Mitel phone system (or similar) will be highly regarded.
