The Central Queensland Region is seeking 2 experienced, highly organised, professional, and proactive individuals to join our team as a Corporate Services Officer.
The perfect candidates will have strong administrative skills; flexible and able to manage competing priorities; strong communication and
interpersonal skills; ability to work with a team based across multiple locations.
Positions can be based in Emerald, Gladstone, Mackay or Rockhampton regional office.
We are offering 2 full time roles, 1 permanent position and 1 temporary position (until 18 December 2026).

About the Role:
- Provide services across the range of human resource, financial and facilities management functions across the region and participate in the implementation of systemic priorities and initiatives.
- Provide a direct service to regional leaders and employees on issues relating to human resources, financial, facilities, information management and administrative services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and corporate services support to ensure efficient regional business operations.
- Assist and advise staff and leaders on human resources, finance, facilities management, and corporate services matters.
- Support the implementation of regional initiatives and organisational priorities.
- Monitor compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, briefing materials, and other business documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement, responsiveness, and customer-focused service.
- Coordinate office equipment, supplies, maintenance, repairs, and procurement activities.
