Your opportunity:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including reception, appointments, correspondence, school records and the use of systems such as OneSchool to support reporting and administrative processes.
- Supervise and coordinate school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance, managing rosters, leave and timesheets, and coordinating recruitment, induction and training.
- Support the Principal with budgeting and financial administration, including accounts payable and receivable, corporate card monitoring, reconciliations, banking and OneSchool financial data.
- Coordinate school resources, assets, facilities and technology, including asset records, repairs, maintenance and technical support, while assisting with minor works and problem resolution.
- Prepare and process a range of school documentation and correspondence, manage competing priorities and respond to routine and non-routine enquiries while maintaining effective communication with staff, families, students, community members and other stakeholders.
