Your opportunity:
- Manage day-to-day school administration, including reception, appointments, correspondence, record keeping and the use of systems such as OneSchool to support effective reporting and administration.
- Supervise and coordinate school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance, managing rosters and leave, coordinating relief arrangements, and supporting recruitment, induction and training.
- Assist with school financial management, including budget preparation, accounts payable and receivable, corporate card monitoring, reconciliations, banking, and the management of financial data through OneSchool.
- Support the management of school resources, assets, facilities and technology, including maintaining asset records, coordinating repairs and maintenance, arranging technical support, and assisting with minor works.
- Prepare and coordinate school documentation, correspondence and reports, manage competing priorities and enquiries, and communicate with staff, students, parents and community stakeholders while ensuring administrative and business requirements are met.
