As the Resource Coordinator you will be responsible for the successful acquisition, deployment and retention of human resources, and management of human resourcing functions to enable the successful delivery of a large scale, complex Corporate Enterprise Solutions program.
What you'll do
You will:
- Deliver resourcing advice and operational support to the program, including assistance with workforce planning and reporting activities.
- Coordinate the drafting and approval of job descriptions and person specifications and support the development of selection and evaluation criteria.
- Liaise with Finance teams to ensure resource planning and utilisation align with approved budgets.
- Maintain defined communication channels and stakeholder groups relating to resourcing practices, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that effective outcomes are achieved.
- Create and maintain multi-disciplinary talent pools to ensure the availability and readiness of program resources.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience in high volume recruitment campaigns and workforce planning.
- Experience in developing creative advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice on contemporary human resource management practices and issues particularly in job design, recruitment, selection and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor, collect, analyse and report on labour market data.
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining defined communication channels with stakeholder groups through the use of well-developed interpersonal and consultative skills
