We are looking for a Procurement Delivery Manager to lead the Procurement Delivery team through the end-to-end delivery of the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) Project for Queensland Health’s infrastructure projects.

What you'll do
- Through providing expertise in the planning, delivery, and commissioning phases of capital health projects, lead and support a team to deliver large health infrastructure FFE on time and within budget to meet the business needs and organisational objectives.
- Initiate, manage and monitor the development and implementation of FFE schedules / programs in coordination with key stakeholders and in line with project lifecycle milestones.
- Ensure that FFE planning takes into consideration Queensland Health's business principals, FFE governance structure and processes for achieving best project outcomes.
- Liaise and negotiate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders about specific requirements for the projects and ensure these requirements can be met through the provision of appropriate FFE.
- Coordinate and participate in the development of equipment and tender specifications in consultation with key stakeholders.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in implementing contemporary strategies, particularly in relation to managing FFE Projects.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to scope projects, and engage with consultants / contractors and review tenders within time and budget constraints.
- High level conceptual and analytical skills to identify and analyse issues and develop quality options and strategies to resolve complex procurement issues.
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, communication, consultation, negotiation and oral and written communications skills, including the ability to lead and influence clients and senior management on complex procurement issues.
- A proven ability to lead, manage and develop staff in a team environment and demonstrated skills in working collaboratively with clients, stakeholders and other industry partners to achieve required outcomes.
