Responsibility for the planning, documenting, estimating, unit testing, and completion of an appropriate system solution to complex business requirements, considering and providing options to management where appropriate.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills in Infor Workforce Management (formerly workbrain) with several of the following functional areas:
    • HR Rostering functions, HR Awards
    • Rostering functions including scheduling, time and attendance
    • Award interpretation
    • Organisational Establishment Management
    • Leave management
    • Managing People functions including (Workforce Strategy & Capacity; Separations; Workplace Health & Safety, Capability; and Performance)
  • Proven experience in formulating, documenting and implementing functional specifications and process modelling and design, including sound knowledge of current Workforce Management trends, including systems integrations and service-orientated architecture.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Queensland Health.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
  • Proven experience in the support and configuration of the Infor Workforce Management (formerly workbrain) solution and Structured Query Language (SQL).
