Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate secretariat for all change, release and governance activity, including preparation of documentation for high level boards.
  • Coordinate timely change control and governance planning activities to enable business requirements identified by all stakeholders to be analysed, assessed for impact including integration impacts, designed, developed, tested and implemented into production within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies and policies.
  • Maintain change request and work request documentation and progress tracking in relevant tools and databases within established frameworks, strategies, standards, methodologies and policies in order to meet audit requirements.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):

  • Experience using or demonstrated ability to quickly learn the use of Microsoft Office and specialised database applications, particularly ITSM Management Tools, Microsoft Project and Excel for varying purposes including reporting, secretariat and audit.
  • Ability to coordinate change control processes and governance activities with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of client service skills including working to deadlines and service level time lines.
