As a Manager Clinical Engagement you will lead and manage the development of System Procurement Branch submissions for the Committee, working collaboratively with the Committee sponsor, Committee chair and members, Chief Procurement Office, Category Directors, Branch teams and staff. You will prepare high quality documentation, including reports and updates, briefs and meeting documentation, as required. Additionally, you will manage consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders in the development of System Procurement Branch products.

Role fit:

  • High level of understanding of Queensland's operations, policies, services and structures to enable the rapid identification of areas within the organisation to provide necessary advice, and subsequent acquisition of information to meet the rapid and urgent information needs on behalf of the Committee.
  • High level of understanding of the Queensland Procurement Framework, Buy Queensland, the Queensland Procurement Strategy, the Procurement Policy, and the application of whole-of-government procurement arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of the Queensland Health ecosystem, including clinical specialties, service divisions, and key departmental branches, to effectively navigate and engage the right stakeholders across the system.
