As a Senior Business Coordinator you will lead the Business Services functions and services for the Office of the Senior Director, CES Programs to fulfil administrative and Human Resource responsibilities to a high standard. You will provide high level advice and support to program/project managers in relation to business support functions. Additionally, you will provide advice, technical expertise and operational support to the Senior Director, CES Programs and Program/Project implementation teams on a wide variety of business support matters, including HR, workforce planning and establishment management and recruitment.

Role fit:

  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience with business and administrative processes related human resource management, travel, workplace health and safety, procurement (contingent labour and services).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating business support services including resource planning and management (human and financial) in a large service delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated high level written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with a wide range of stakeholders, such as senior executives, managers and other key stakeholders on a range of sensitive issues.
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
