As a Principal Benefits Analyst you will facilitate agreement with key stakeholders and ensure program and project benefits are identified, understood, measured, tracked and owned and that the required business change to enable successful benefits realisation is in place. You will work with program and projects and provide pragmatic best practice advice on the effectiveness of their benefits management and realisation practices, particularly to identify additional opportunities for benefits management. Additionally, you will assess benefits management across CES Programs portfolio of programs and projects to identify current gaps, overlaps and conflicts, and eliminate any double counting of program and project benefits.
Role fit:
- Proven ability to establish, and manage, the provision of a benefits and value management, tracking and realisation service to support a number of large-scale, complex IM, ICT and digital programs and projects into operational service.
- Proven ability to identify, quantify, map, track and report progress of program and project benefits that justify continued investment in a program or project, and to provide assurance that the forecast benefits identified can be realised.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.
