What you'll do 

The Project Manager, People and Performance provides the delivery of human resource related key projects across Queensland Health.

The role leads a team and involves extensive stakeholder engagement and consultation to support the execution of project deliverables. This role may also include providing reports, advice, support and recommendations to project outcomes and reviews to the Department of Health and/or Hospital and Health Services.

We are searching for someone who: 

You will have proven experience in human resource related project management with a background in successfully leading complex change management initiatives and leading high performing teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. We are seeking an individual with strong high-level stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, along with the ability to resolve conflict, positively influence others, and provide expert strategic advice on complex issues. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying public sector legislation and policies.
