What you'll do
- Lead and manage the creation of statewide change management tools, artefacts, and schedules to ensure all change management activities are identified, scheduled, and managed across the lifecycle of each business implementation.
- Provide expert and strategic change management advice in relation to assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of approved change management methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues.
- Provide specialised knowledge of change management practices and approaches in relation to workforce management (particularly rostering) practices, processes and systems, drive business transformation and successfully deliver to the program's objectives.
- Lead and manage the Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, interventions and business readiness activities relating to new supporting business models, business processes and IWFM solution related changes.
- Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials, and presentations necessary to transformational change.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- High-level experience in workforce management (preferably rostering) transformational change management and leadership including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and communications and training within a large complex organisation-wide project environment.
- Experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies, tools and artefacts in a large-scale complex project environment focused on workforce management (preferably rostering) transformation.
- Ability to ensure workforce management transformation design aligns to best practice methodologies, leveraging technology solutions and lessons learnt.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.
