As the Senior Business Analyst, you will work to identify, analyse and document current state and future state business processes and requirements to ensure the delivery of valued, integrated and effective business solutions to projects.

What you'll do

  • Identify issues and risks, ensuring that they are appropriately captured, raised and actioned.
  • Capture and analyse existing and future business process models using approved methods and tools.
  • Develop business requirements specifications for the project, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide a support and mentoring role for other business analysts within the project.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure business requirements are incorporated into related products and processes, as required.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement, assessment, planning and management, to ensure high quality business outcomes.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

  • Experience performing business analysis activities within programs / projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in capturing and analysing ‘As-Is' and ‘To-Be' business process models across large organisations.
  • Knowledge in, and an ability to provide sound advice and recommendations on, the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a program / project delivery environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
