We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our supportive team as the Administration Officer providing customer service and carrying out a wide range of administrative functions to support Biomedical Technology Services operations. If you have great communication and can liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders providing timely and informative responses to enquiries either in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence then we would love you to apply for his role.

Use knowledge and data retrieval skills to respond effectively to enquiries and complaints from clients and staff, either in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence. The position is responsible for re-directing/escalating customer requests as appropriate, including response to urgent situations, and for screening operational areas from unnecessary interruption.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Ability to undertake a range of client service and administrative duties while balancing work priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a changing workplace.
- Competence, efficiency and attention to detail in the use of computers and contemporary software packages, including keyboard skills, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with internal and external clients, including the ability to respond effectively to enquiries either in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence.
