Coordinate administrative functions for Central Pharmacy, including financial and budget management, procurement, contract management, human resource management, workplace and health and safety.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
• Proven ability to provide sound leadership, management and development of administrative support services and staff to enhance service delivery within an inventory management and service delivery environment.
• Ability to quickly acquire and apply high level knowledge in purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, sales and distribution, resource management and financial reporting practices.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with team members and clients.
• Proven ability in the use of computerised information systems in support of inventory management, financial reporting and human resource management, and the ability to link them to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Proven ability to complete work within agreed timeframes, manage competing priorities and ensure attention to detail.
