As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality, confidential administrative and secretarial support to BTS managers and other senior officers. You will coordinate the staging of meetings, functions, conferences and training activities. Includes generating agendas; collation and distribution of papers; recording, writing and distribution of minutes; and organising resources and catering. Additionally, you will manage data and records accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with established procedures and systems. 

Role fit:

  • Ability to undertake a range of client service and administrative duties while balancing work priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a changing workplace.
  • Competence, efficiency and attention to detail in the use of computers and contemporary software packages, including keyboard skills, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
